PALNI revised and amended Articles of Incorporation, as approved by the PALNI Board of Directors at their, November 27, 2007 meeting, are attached. Both Adobe Acrobat 'pdf' and MS-Word 'doc' formats are included. Note that the new PALNI Articles of Incorporation were officially filed with the Indiana Secretary of State's office on December 27, 2007.
