PALNI's Conflict of Interest Policy is attached (Acrobat 'pdf' format). This policy was adopted by the Board of Directors at their March 11, 2008 meeting, and includes a conflict of interest disclosure statement (Exihibit 1) which all PALNI Officers, Directors, employees, and any others with Board delegated authority will be asked to sign and place on file with PALNI.
